"We will surely get to our destination if we join hands."

Dear readers,

I am very grateful to all of you who, despite the obvious deterioration of the quality of my posts since late last year, continued to read my Arrested Development. Thank you.

Tomorrow is polling day. Gandhi once said, "the spirit of democracy cannot be imposed from without. It has to come from within". Malaysia is far from perfect but it is our home; tanah tumpahnya darah kita. Many of us are disillusioned but it is my earnest conviction that deep inside, everyone harbours a hope for a better future of a nation united. Do our part. Put our apathy and cynicism aside, even if it is for a day.

Vote. Malaysia needs us.

Anak Bangsa Malaysia,
Elanor

Elanor, Malaysians have woke up indeed. It's time for all Malaysians to realize a better Malaysia is possible, that each and every one of us can make a difference. No more naysayers saying we can't do anything about the situation, and the only way out is to vote with our feet. It's a new dawn for our country.

Yes, Malaysians had woke up but not all. Oppositions still lose badly in Sabah, Sarawak, Johor, Perlis, Pahang and Melaka. Hope more Malaysians will wake up in the next general election in 2012.

the results of the general election will be declared null and void if there is a coup de'tat by the present DPM...he may do what his dad did in 1969....force what is perceived to be a weak PM to resign. once najib does this....God save Malaysia...

all the victory would vanish....it is too early to feel relieved...do you think staunch UMNO supporters would just give up their largesse??
